Simply Patricia is a website dedicated to Patricia Kelly from the Kelly Family. Because I love to make websites, I made this one. It started in 2004 with just a simple online pagebuilder and now it has grown to a filled html-website, which is highly visited every month. That's why I want to thank you: for visiting my website and for all the nice e-mails and guestbookmessages which you wrote me. Ofcourse Simply Patricia is far from finished. I have much more stuff I would like to show you, so feel free to come back any time you like to see what new on Simply Patricia!

In the year 2004 I started my first homepage about Patricia Kelly. In the beginning I was pretty content about it, because it was not difficult to make and to update it. I didn't need to use html or something like that, because I made that homepage with an online pagebuilder. The only thing I needed to do was to make some buttons in photoshop, and then I could place them by draging them to the right place where I wanted to have the button.
About 1,5 years ago, in Januari 2006 I started to dislike that way of making a homepage. This feeling only grew because around that time, I had choosen the profile Multimedia Design at school. But still I kept on using this online pagebuilder. In Februari 2007 I finely got my lessons webdesign. After a long while of hoping, I realy could get to learn the codes! But unfortunately the lessons were to slow. So at that point I decided to just jump into the deep, and just build the homepage!
Most of the homepages noweday, are build with tables and frames. But this one is not. My teacher does not allow us to use them because in the future no one will use it. Now we're only allowed to build the homepage in html, and design it with CSS (stylecheets). In stead of tables we have to use divisions (div's) to create boxes, which take over the tasks of tables and frames.
Okay..this is all for now. I'm sorry that it became such a long and boring story.. But now you know how I came to create this homepage!
